Group Dog Training (sorry I am not currently running group classes)

Join Kate in small classes to learn how to teach your dog to walk nicely on and off lead, and behave well around other dogs & people in a fun and relaxed environment. They will also learn to leave food, stay, and anything else you would like to learn!

Classes held at 1663 Carrington Rd, New Plymouth (approx. 3km past Pouakai Zoo on the left hand side of the road). The training facility is indoors and heated in winter, with plenty of outdoor space when the weather and season allows!

​$80 for a series of 6 weekly classes. Group sizes are limited to small numbers.

​​Classes include:
  • Socialization with people and other puppies
  • ​Continuing with commands from puppy training
  • Learning new commands (walking on lead nicely, leave, stay, heel, recalls)
  • Controlling biting, jumping, chewing, and barking
  • Relieving boredom - lots of play time!

Please Bring:
  • Treats and/or a toy your dog loves
  • Vaccination certificate
  • Lead and Collar or harness
  • Enthusiasm
This class is for dogs from 4-12 months of age. Dogs must be fully vaccinated. Separate classes for large and small dogs.
